These requirements will be reviewed when receiving requests to participate. \n\nExclusion criteria and suitability requirements shall be the same during the submission of the request to participate and when submitting a tender. Tenderer who does not fulfil the exclusion criteria or suitability requirements at the time of the preliminary or final tender shall be excluded from the competitive tendering.\n\nBefore concluding the procurement agreement, the contracting entity shall require the selected tenderer to provide up-to-date extracts from the criminal record in order to examine whether it is subject to any mandatory
