The requirements for delivery of consumables and spare parts are defined in section 7 of the Agreement. \n\nIn the \"Value of all contracts awarded in this procedure\" field of this notification, the total comparison price of the selected supplier’s tender has been stated.\n\nAGREEMENT PERIOD AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE\n\nThe Supplies shall be delivered as described in section 7.2 of the Appendix A \"Agreement\". \n\nAfter the acceptance of the GC-MS the Agreement shall be valid for the maintenance services, additional training, consumables, spare parts and help desk for a fixed period of five (5) years after which the Agreement shall be valid until further notice. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the Supplier is committed to provide software updates for the software specified in Appendix 1 for the entire lifetime of the GC-MS purchased under the Agreement.
