Broadcasting Company (hereinafter also referred to as \"Yle\") carried out tender competition for outside broadcast vehicle services in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes.\n\nTHE OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT\n\nOne of the cornerstones of Yle’s tv-operations are productions, which are made with outside broadcasting vehicles (later also OB vehicles). Yle owns some OB vehicles but they don’t always cover all the needs due to the high volume of concurrent productions. Therefore, Yle needs to procure OB vehicles as a service from suppliers that are capable of tight collaboration with Yle. \n\nObjective of this procurement is to find flexible and precisely allocated services for Yle’s variable OB vehicle production needs. \n\nThe procurement is divided into two (2) lots: \n    ● Lot 1, Large size OB vehicle services\n    ● Lot 2, Mid size OB vehicle services\n\nAs this framework agreement was separated into two (2) lots, the tenderer had the opportunity to participate in both lots or only one of the two, if they wished so. \n\nThe volumes and values indicated in the call for tenders are estimates and are not binding to Yle during the contract period.\n\nCONTRACT PERIOD\n\nThe contract period is two (2) year-long contract period.
