One (1) of these power plants are based in total on one (1) Pratt & Whitney GG4 C gas generator and one (1) P&W FT4 power turbine. Interested parties are invited to send an application to Participate: Deadline to provide Application see IV.2.2.\n\nAPPLICATIONS AND THEIR EVALUATION\nAll candidates, who have submitted the application within the set deadline and who meet the minimum requirements set for the candidate’s eligibility will be selected to the negotiated procedure.\n\nINVITATION TO NEGOTIATE\nThe candidates selected as tenderers shall be in receipt of an invitation to negotiate and preliminary schedule of negotiations, app. in April 2024. A preliminary Request to tender will also be enclosed to the Invitation to negotiate.\n\nNEGOTIATIONS\nThe preliminary time for negotiations is during May 2024. Fingrid shall conduct negotiations separately and equally with each party. The purpose of the negotiations is to finalize the Request to tender. \n\nCALL FOR TENDER\nAfter the negotiations Fingrid shall send the Final Request to tender to the tenderers . Estimated time for this is in June 2024, and deadline of submission of tenders by the tenderers, approximately in July 2024.\n\nEVALUATION OF FINAL TENDERS AND CONTRACT AWARD \nFingrid aim to finalize the procurement process during August 2024. Before evaluation of the submitted tenders, Fingrid shall verify that the tenders and the services tendered fulfill the requirements of the Request to tender. Tenders contrary to Request to tender shall be excluded from the comparison. The intention is to sign the Service contract during August
