The contract is a framework agreement, which will involve selecting multiple service providers.\n\nThe service providers are required to plan and conduct evaluations and analyses related to Business Finland's customers across different service areas. In addition, the service provider must have a comprehensive understanding of Finland's innovation and operational environment, internationalization, and organizational-level impact management, impact model development, and the ability to assess future scenarios from an evaluation perspective.\n\nThis procurement aims to establish a global pool of research/evaluation teams from which Business Finland can acquire expertise for impact assessment and research-based analyses.\n\nBusiness Finland has initially estimated that the total value of the framework is up to 1.6 million euros over four years and that at least 100 person-days will be acquired per calendar year through the pool. However, these estimates are not binding on Business Finland but rather reflects the procurement's magnitude.\n\nMaking a tender requires consideration and acceptance of the terms of the framework agreement.\n\nA model of the Customer's framework agreement is attached to the request for tender. Finland Oy (hereinafter \"Business Finland\") requests your tender for the Impact Assessment Services in accordance with this request for Call for Tenders and its appendices.\n\nThe object of the procurement is described in Annex 1.0 Procurement Description.\n\nThe goal of procurement is to procure evaluation services for Business Finland Oy and Innovation Funding Agency Business Finland for four (4) years. The contract is a framework agreement, which will involve selecting multiple service providers.\n\nThe service providers are required to plan and conduct evaluations and analyses related to Business Finland's customers across different service areas. In addition, the service provider must have a comprehensive understanding of Finland's innovation and operational environment, internationalization, and organizational-level impact management, impact model development, and the ability to assess future scenarios from an evaluation perspective.\n\nThis procurement aims to establish a global pool of research/evaluation teams from which Business Finland can acquire expertise for impact assessment and research-based analyses.\n\nBusiness Finland has initially estimated that the total value of the framework is up to 1.6 million euros over four years and that at least 100 person-days will be acquired per calendar year through the pool. However, these estimates are not binding on Business Finland but rather reflects the procurement's magnitude.\n\nMaking a tender requires consideration and acceptance of the terms of the framework agreement.\n\nA model of the Customer's framework agreement is attached to the request for tender.
