The chamber is effectively located at the ground-floor level, allowing convenient access through large doors. This facilitates the transportation and installation of sizeable chamber components and measurement equipment.\n\nThe selected supplier will be required to conduct a site survey promptly after contract signing. The purpose of the survey is to verify all relevant dimensions, environmental conditions, and technical details necessary for the design and installation of the chamber. Access to the site during the renovation phase will require coordination with the main construction contractor (details are provided after the contract has been signed). It is expected that participation in a mandatory construction site safety training (approximately one hour) will be required prior to site access.\n\nAt the time of issuing this tender, the specified area within Sähkötalo is undergoing renovation. The renovation is scheduled for completion by the end of April 2027. Consequently, construction of the anechoic chamber is expected to commence at the beginning May 2027, subject to the completion of renovation works and in the absence of unforeseen delays.
