PROCESSING OF TENDERS\n\n5.1 SUITABILITY OF TENDERS\n\nBefore the tenders are processed it shall be assessed whether the tenderers meet the\ntechnical, professional and economic and financial requirements presented in clause/form\n\"Exclusion and suitability (ESPD)\".
