Possible reduction of the number of Candidates\n6. Selection of Tenderers out of the Candidates that have submitted a participation application and notifying participants of the decision.  \nB. The Request for Quotation Phase;\n7. Sending of the request for quotation. \n8. Tenderer inquiries\n9. Contracting entity’s answers to the inquiries \n10. Submitting tenders \n11.
