The procurement exceeds the EU threshold value and the procurement procedure is an open procedure referred to in section 32 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts.\n\nPROCESSING OF TENDERS\n\nThe stages of the procedure are as follows:\n\nProcurement unit\n1. Opens the tenders\n2. Checks the answers to questions on the tenderer’s eligibility\n3. Verifies the conformance of the tenders to the call for tenders\n4. Compares the tenders\n5. Requests and inspects the certificates and reports on the suitability of the winning tenderer(s).\n6. Makes the procurement decision and informs all tenderers of the decision\n7. Makes the agreement with the selected tenderer(s).\n\nLANGUAGE OF THE COMPETITIVE TENDERING PROCESS\n\nThe procurement documents are available in English. If the tenderer needs the documents in another language, it is the tenderer's responsibility to translate the documents and cover the cost of translation. The tenders must be written in English. Purchase decision will be in Finnish.\n\nPARALLEL TENDERS\n\nParallel tenders are allowed. If the tenderer makes a parallel tender offer, it must be done so it meets all the requirements for the call for tenders, and includes all the attachments required.  A parallel tender is always a separate tender of its own.
