Electronic online Compendex or corresponding database license for approximately 12-17 subscribers (FinELib consortium member
organisations). License must be unlimited site license. Each organisation decides independently whether to subscribe to the database due to realization of funding. Materialization of the procurement requires, that a minimum of four (4) consortium member organizations subscribe to the database. In any event the right not to accept any tender is reserved. License agreement term is 1.1.2010 - 31.12.2011.
The National Library of Finland represents the consortium member organizations in the procurement process and negotiations and signs the license agreement on their behalf via power of attorney. Each member is an independent contracting party and liable only for itself.
